Linda McCarthy, a member of MLUC, will be speaking to us about her book Sig & Char: The War Years. She has written about her parents' experiences during World War II and will include a few interesting, lesser-known facts about the war. Come learn about the effects of war on individuals and culture. Please bring any stories your family has had during this time to share with the group.
