Main Line Unitarian Church provides many opportunities for you to serve our community. There are many opportunities to share your passion and effort on our projects within the church and the surrounding community.

Ongoing opportunities include:

Would you like to. make Sunday Mornings at MLUC more meaningful? Provide a friendly welcome to all guests at the main entrances, Information Table, before and after the service, at coffee hour, and/or at other church events. Greeters will typically hold open doors for guests, and greet them with a smile and "Good Morning," or "Welcome." Provide direction for anyone needing information or help. And/or just engage them in conversation at coffee hour.

The Worship Visuals Committee provides the decorations seen each Sunday at the front of the Main Meeting Room.  These decorations may relate to what you will hear during the service, reflect the current season or holiday, or just brighten the stage.

Worship Associates are members who assist our minister with our Sunday services, sometime making announcements, performing readings, or leading meditations. They also organize our worship services in collaboration with guest ministers. The Worship Committee meets monthly, discussing worship issues, reviewing services, and planning upcoming services.

Faith development at MLUC relies on volunteer teachers in our Sunday-school program and volunteer youth leaders for our middle-school and high-school age youth.

MLUC’s beautiful grounds are designed and maintained by a large dedicated team of gardeners with a wide range of gardening skills. You can join the team and pair up with someone to maintain a small patch or work on larger landscaping projects.
