A lifelong member of MLUC, David Brown is a violinist, composer, conductor, Celtic/Klezmer multi-instrumentalist, and educator. He has appeared as a soloist with orchestras including the Csik Chamber Orchestra (RO)–with which he was also guest concertmaster–the Vidin Sinfonietta (BG), and the Newark Symphony (USA). His compositions have been performed, commissioned and recorded with institutions including the New Russia State Symphony Orchestra (RU), the International Opera Theater (IT), and the Alter Ego Chamber Opera (USA), of which he was a founding member. By night, David is among the most highly respected political operatives in the Greater Philadelphia Area, the Chair of the Secular Democrats of Pennsylvania, and Owner, Host, and Producer of the Unreasonable podcast for the separation of Church & State.

David lives in Ardmore with his wife, operatic soprano and political communications strategist Kaitlyn Waterson, and their two 45mph couch potatoes (greyhounds), Cookie and Abby.
