Musaic

A Celebration of Musical Diversity

Sunday, June 1
10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Join us on Sunday, June 1 as we transform our annual Music Sunday into Musaic, a day-long celebration of the diverse musical traditions that make our congregation unique.

10–11 AM: Bluegrass Mass
Our choir will perform Carol Barnett's The World Beloved: A Bluegrass Mass, an extraordinary piece that beautifully merges classical structure with the accessibility of bluegrass. Experience the full choir accompanied by a live bluegrass orchestra featuring fiddles, mandolins, banjos, guitars, and more.

11 AM–2 PM: Music Gallery
Following the service, our building transforms into a musical wonderland with performances in various spaces. See schedule, below.

Move freely between performances, discover new musical styles, and experience the rich tapestry of talent within our community. Grab lunch and make an afternoon of it!

As Music Director David Brown notes, "This is an opportunity for everyone to experience something different. You might find you really enjoy music you never thought you would."

All are welcome. You do not need to be a member of MLUC to attend.
