Help Seed Our Native Gardens at MLUC

As we are winding down our Biodiversity project, we need your help to improve the garden/grounds here at MLUC and reflect our commitment to the environment. This month, our garden team will begin a multi-year effort to clear out invasive plants and replace the areas with native plants—starting with the space across from the parsonage (Phase I). Each spring, the team will continue the work, completing one section per year.
In this spirit, we ask you to contribute $25 (or more) for the purchase of plants for Phase I. Each $25 goes toward the purchase of 10 native starter plants. You may purchase a starter pack or multiple packs and the team will plant them—or you may join them in planting this fall! Our goal is to fund 80 starter packs by June 30.
To purchase your starter packs, click here (please select "Give to Purchase of Native Plants" in the dropdown menu), drop a check off at the office, or visit the Native Plants Initiative table in the Atrium after the service.
